Tickets return:

    1. a) a ticket purchased for an upcoming event cannot be returned.

    1. b) a ticket purchased for an event that has been postponed (in terms of date and/or time) or has had a change of venue or a change of guests (withdrawal of a guest from those originally announced) may be returned under the following conditions:

E-ticket: (tickets paid online and received via e-mail) a return request will be sent to the e-mail address office@clustertec.rothe e-ticket will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 14 working days AFTER the event takes place.

    1. c) a ticket purchased for an event that has been cancelled may be returned under the following conditions:

– E-ticket: (bilete achitate online si primite via e-mail)  se va trimite o solicitare de retur pe adresa de e-mail office@clustertec.ro, contravaloarea e-ticket-ului se va restitui în contul din care a fost achitat în termen de 14 zile lucrătoare de la data primirii solicitării de retur.
